We collect your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or spin the wheel. We also record your language preference and the source of your signup (landing page or spinning wheel). If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and device information.
2. Why We Collect It
Email addresses are collected to send you updates about the PromoHub platform launch and trade show promotions. Analytics data helps us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve the experience.
3. Legal Basis
We process your email address based on your explicit consent given through the signup form. Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner. Our legal bases under GDPR are: consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for both newsletter subscriptions and analytics cookies.
4. Data Processors
We use EmailOctopus (emailoctopus.com) to manage our mailing list. EmailOctopus processes your email address on our behalf. Google Analytics (Google LLC) processes anonymized analytics data. Google is compliant with EU data transfer requirements.

We use functional cookies (theme preference) that are necessary for the website to work properly. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand site usage. We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained for 14 months as per Google Analytics default settings. Cookie consent preferences are stored for 1 year.
